Default Slow Day At Work...But The Bike Felt Good:)

I woke up this morning feeling pretty lousy but I go on the TT bike to do my Carmichael Sprint DVD. It felt a bit weird because my base bar is so high compared to my road drops but I don't think it'll hurt anything. Anyhow I was very very strong considering all my hard riding under tension hasn't been at a high cadence. I spent a lot of time topping my fluid trainer out. I came pretty close to hitting 50mph with my 53/12 which really just means I need a more challenging trainer but none the less...thats faster than I've hit on this trainer in the past which is the most important part of the day.

Then comes work...we had 10 customers come in today....way boring. I don't blame people though...it was super cold out there. Now that I'm home I'm just working on getting more things packed...I'm not quite sure how I'm gonna get my trainer on the plane with 3 aero wheels without getting an extra charge but I'll do my best.
